Vacation Rollover
It’s never too early to plan your vacation time! The 2018 cut-off for vacation leave rollover is December 15. Only up to 240 hours will be carried into the new calendar year, any time over that will be swept after December 15.

Personal Health Assessment (PHA) Program
The PHA program helps benefits-eligible employees and their spouses maintain a healthy lifestyle, through medical screenings, biometric testing and health coaching opportunities. Participants will receive a monthly premium credit for 2019 by completing their PHA before September 30, 2018. You and/or your spouse can attend one of the events below or by visiting your physician and completing the PHA Physician Verification Form. To attend a wellness screening event, you will need to make an appointment through Pick-a-Time. Employees and spouses will need to make separate appointments. Click on the “Create Appointment” button to finalize your appointment through Pick-A-Time and you should see a confirmation with the time you selected shown.
